Following his roller coaster of a weekend, Tiger Woods has announced that will not be playing in the Chevron World Challenge golf tournament this week. The pro golfer’s website reads, “I am extremely disappointed that I will not be at my tournament this week … I am certain it will be an outstanding event and I’m very sorry that I can’t be there.” The reason he’s not going?
