After coming across a touching YouTube video, Taylor Swift reached out to the family of a U.S. Marine who died in Afghanistan during combat on Friday (May 11). The “Safe & Sound” singer sent flowers and a note to Sergeant Wade Wilson’s family after watching the video posted by the Sergent’s best friend, Corporal Josh Marreel, who starts the video by saying, “Alright, so this is a shout out to the one and only Taylor Swift.” The soldier continues, “I know you have no idea who I am but this video isn’t about me.

The 34-year-old executive producer is making a comeback to the small screen to host a special episode of “Punk’d” on June 3 at 8 p.m.

Last year he broke into Selena Gomez’s personal Facebook account, and now Gareth Crosskey is spending the next 12 months in jail. The British hacker was arrested back in February in connection with the January 2011 incident in which he posed as Gomez’s stepfather to gain access to the social networking site. From there, Crosskey began posting messages like “Justin Bieber Sucks!” as well as a video of himself hacking Selena’s profile

Proving that her voice will never die, the late Whitney Houston is featured on a duet with Jordin Sparks from their forthcoming flick “Sparkle.” The song is called “Celebrate” and it really shows off both songstress’ fabulous vocal abilities as individuals as well as their ability to blend together. Last night (May 20) Sparks performed a memorable tribute to the fallen “I Will Always Love You” legend at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards. Meanwhile, “Sparkle” will hit theaters August 17th and is a remake of the 1976 film inspired by The Supremes.
