With last night’s series finale of “Jon and Kate Plus 8,” Jon Gosselin says he’s learning from his mistakes and looking forward to the future. The 32-year-old father told press, “I’m moving forward, I know what I have to do- to become friends with Kate, to continue my relationship with Hailey [Glassman].” Jon continued, “It’s unfortunate that our marriage failed, but our family shouldn’t fail. We’re gonna have to strive to be the best parents we can whether we’re married or not…we’re definitely not gonna be married again, [but] I’m always gonna be there for my kids no matter what.” Meanwhile, Kate says she’s keeping her ex-husband’s philandering ways a secret from their kids.  “They don’t know about the girlfriends at all.

Dealing with legal matters is nothing new for him so it comes as no surprise that Jon Gosselin has yet another issue in his hands. According to a report, an audio tape surfaced today (November 23) that allegedly features Gosselin’s manager, Mike Heller, discussing money deals that breach his exclusive contract with “TLC.” Reportedly, the taped phone call was between Heller and Michael Lohan discussing a deal with E! for a substantial amount of money. The revealing recording comes as TLC is seeking a preliminary injunction against Gosselin for such deals.

Making the trip home from Hawaii to Pennsylvania, Jon Gosselin was spotted at the courthouse earlier today (November 21).

In a matter of months he went from one of most famous dads in the world to an out-of-work Reality TV personality.  And Jon Gosselin doesn’t like it one bit. The “Jon and Kate Plus 8” father is suing the TLC network for preventing him from getting a television job because he says he’s too famous to work in a ‘regular’ field.

Digging himself further into legal drama, Jon Gosselin has formally charged the TLC cable network with violating Pennsylvania child labor laws during the filming of his reality show. The “Jon and Kate Plus 8” father says the network failed to obtain work permits and hence allowed his eight kids to be filmed unlawfully for public consumption.

Continuing his attempt to clean up his public image, Jon Gosselin was spotted filming a segment for “The Insider” in Times Square this morning (November 9). The “Jon and Kate Plus 8” father looked chilly in a wool overcoat as he chatted with the show’s hosts about the media circus that is his life.

Jon Gosselin felt no sympathy for estranged wife Kate during her time to speak on TLC. While talking, Kate told about their 10-year marriage and said, “Whatever happened, it happened so quickly…Something had to give.” Jon has since explained how he felt on his Twitter page on Tuesday

Trying to keep himself out of trouble with the courts, Jon Gosselin has reportedly held up his end of the bargain by returning cash to an account he shared with ex-wife Kate. And while Papa Gosselin has done his part, his attorney, Mark Heller, claims that Miss Gosselin is now the one that’s breaking her orders by not returning $55,000 which she took. “Unless something happens today [with Kate] she will be going through contempt proceedings Monday,” Heller said

Stepping out to take care of the day’s errands, Jon Gosselin was spotted paying a visit to his eye doctor in Sinking Springs, Pennsylvania on Tuesday (October 20). The reality star dad was in quite high spirits as he walked alongside following paparazzi, smiling in spite of his current legal predicaments with TLC. Meanwhile, Jon is asking for guidance - with his attorney Mike Hiller by his side, the dad says he went to a “Values to Heal America” event on Sunday night and had questions for panelists Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, Nobel winner and Holocaust survivor Elie Wiesel, Newark, N.J.
