Giving a lucky crowd quite the special treat, Gwyneth Paltrow surprised the audience at the “Glee Live” concert in New Jersey on Thursday night (June 16). The “Country Strong” singer took the stage unannounced at the Izod Center and sang her rendition of Cee-Lo Green’s “Forget You.” In addition, the concert was recorded and will be featured in a 3-D big screen version of the tour to be released later in the summer. As you can imagine, the crowd went wild as they realized it was Paltrow belting out her good pal Cee-Lo’s hit song.

Stepping out for a good cause, Gwyneth Paltrow was on hand for the 3rd annual Bent on Learning benefit in New York City on Wednesday evening (June 15). Held at the Urban Zen Center, the Oscar winning actress worked the arrivals area before joining up with designer Donna Karan and Stacey Bendet. Miss Paltrow’s appearance comes as she happened to be honored during the course of the festivities for her “immense contributions to the yoga community.” As for the organization, Bent On Learning has a mission set “to improve the physical fitness and cognitive, social and emotional skills of New York City public school students by providing regular instruction in yoga and meditation.”
