According to the documents, the 60-year-old alleges that the entertainment label fed lies to his superstar daughter, leading her to believe he took funds from her most recent tour. The filing stems from a financial audit conducted by Beyonce’s legal team earlier this year, which concluded that Matthew “had stolen money on her most recent tour or otherwise taken funds that [he] was not entitled to,” according to TMZ
