Shooting to stardom in the music world, Ke$ha was spotted arriving to the ABC studios in Manhattan on Wednesday afternoon (January 13). Quickly surrounded by fans as she hopped out of her ride, the pop princess happily posed for a few pictures before heading inside for her sitdown with Jimmy Fallon.
