Looking as if he’s dabbling in the real estate market, Joe Jonas was spotted out house hunting in Beverly Hills on Saturday (September 26). The day’s outing comes as the Jonas Brothers stud just recently returned to the west coast as he takes a breather from working on “Camp Rock 2”. Meanwhile, Joe and brother Nick are currently in the midst of planning a bachelor party for Kevin, with things sounding as if they’ll be pretty tame
